Built for Canadian garages

A seamless floor designed to work as hard as your garage

Our full-flake garage floor coating combines mechanical concrete preparation, a high-performance resin base, a full broadcast of decorative vinyl flakes, and a durable clear polyaspartic topcoat. The result is a seamless, easy-to-clean surface with excellent abrasion, stain and UV resistance.

We install garage floor coatings throughout Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Aurora, Newmarket and the Greater Toronto Area.

01

Prepared Concrete

Industrial diamond grinding opens the concrete surface and removes weak material.

02

Resin Base Coat

Polyaspartic, epoxy or an MVB system selected for the slab and site conditions.

03

Full Flake Broadcast

Decorative flakes are broadcast to full rejection for texture and consistent coverage.

04

Clear Topcoat

A high-performance polyaspartic topcoat seals the system and makes cleaning simple.

Choose the right coating

Polyaspartic, epoxy and MVB explained

Polyaspartic

Fast-curing + UV stable

Ideal as a durable garage topcoat and, in suitable conditions, a base coat. It cures quickly, resists yellowing and handles daily wear.

Best for: garage floors, fast return to service and UV-exposed areas.

Epoxy

Strong adhesion + working time

A versatile coating with excellent bond and build. It offers more installation working time but generally cures slower and may amber in sunlight.

Best for: interior applications, build coats and decorative systems.

MVB

Moisture vapour barrier

A specialized epoxy primer that helps reduce risks caused by moisture vapour transmission through the concrete slab. Site conditions still require assessment.

Best for: higher moisture risk, older slabs, pool-adjacent garages and select problem floors.

Not every garage needs the same system. We inspect the existing concrete and recommend the coating build that suits the slab—not simply the fastest option.

Our installation standard

Preparation is what makes a garage floor last

A coating is only as reliable as the concrete beneath it. We do not rely on acid etching as the primary preparation method.

  1. 1

    Site inspection

We assess coating, cracks, spalling, moisture risk, stem walls, slope and drainage.

  2. 2

    Diamond grinding

The slab is mechanically ground with professional equipment and dust extraction.

  3. 3

    Concrete repairs

Cracks, pits and damaged areas are repaired where practical. Moving cracks may return.

  4. 4

    Base coat + flakes

The selected base coat is installed, followed immediately by a full flake broadcast.

  5. 5

    Scrape + detail

Excess flakes are removed and the surface is scraped and vacuumed for an even texture.

  6. 6

    Clear topcoat

A durable polyaspartic topcoat completes and seals the system.

What to expect

Installation, cure and parking times

1–2 days

Typical installation

Most single and double garages, subject to floor condition, repairs and selected system.

24–48 hours

Foot traffic

Wait at least the time confirmed by our crew. Temperature and product choice affect curing.

4–7 days

Vehicle parking

Vehicle return depends on temperature and system. We provide project-specific instructions.

Approx. 14 days

Full chemical cure

Avoid harsh chemicals and unnecessary heavy use while the coating reaches full cure.

Important: Cure times are estimates, not universal guarantees. Always follow the written instructions provided for your project. Floor coating does not alter or correct the original level, slope or drainage design of the existing concrete slab.

Workmanship warranty

Installed with accountability

Our standard garage floor system includes a 3-year limited workmanship warranty. Product performance, structural movement, hydrostatic pressure, pre-existing slab defects, impact damage, misuse and other exclusions apply. Full terms are provided with your quotation.
