Flooring is not one of many services. It is our full-time craft.
Sapphire Home Upgrades specializes in epoxy, polyaspartic and performance resin flooring, together with selected concrete-finishing and garage-upgrade services. Since 2022, we have completed residential and commercial projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
We are not a general contractor that occasionally installs coatings. Our work centres on the preparation, product selection, application timing and finishing details that determine how a resin floor performs.
That focus allows us to look beyond colour and recommend a system based on moisture, traffic, UV exposure, chemicals, cleaning, downtime and the condition of the existing concrete.

Existing coatings, cracks, damage, moisture indicators, slope and access are considered.

Select the system
The base, broadcast material, build and topcoat are chosen around the requirements.

Prepare mechanically
The concrete is diamond ground and practical repairs are completed within the agreed scope.

Install with control
Mixing, coverage, broadcast, recoat timing and site conditions are managed throughout installation.

Hand over clearly
Clients receive project-specific cure, use, cleaning and applicable warranty information.
